We welcome both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Compensation - $100,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience - Bonus structure in addition to base salary Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) with 4% matching - Flexible spending account (FSA) - Paid time off - Flexible schedule - Bar dues - Possibility for hybrid/remote work Responsibilities - Conducting legal research and analysis - Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs - Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel - Representing clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings - Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their case - Collaborating with other members of the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients - Staying up to date on California laws and regulations relevant to personal injury cases Qualifications - Admission to the California State Bar - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Commitment to providing exceptional client service - Negotiation skills - Litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials, is a plus - Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
