We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager who can keep front-of-house operations organised while leading the service team to deliver a consistently strong customer experience. Your Package: Full Attendance Allowance Meals provided EPF + SOCSO Annual Leave + Medical Leave 4 rest days per month What We Need: Mandarin speaker Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia Good English is an added advantage Relevant restaurant / F&B working experience Valid health certificate is mandatory Physically fit for restaurant operations Presentable & professional appearance Friendly and confident when dealing with customers Strong communication skills Customer-service focused Able to coach and guide service staff Strong teamwork mentality You'll take ownership of the restaurant's front-of-house service flow, including: Oversee customer reception & seating guidance Monitor cashier operations Ensure prompt and courteous customer service Keep front-of-house operations running smoothly Conduct routine lobby & dining-area inspections Maintain cleanliness, organisation & service standards Train and coach service team members Provide performance guidance when improvement is needed Maintain consistent service standards across the team Coordinate with colleagues to resolve operational issues Great Service Doesn't Happen by Accident.
