AT&T Crew Member - Entry Level

We’re hiring an ambitious individual to join us as an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member. This role involves direct customer interaction, focusing on introducing and selling a suite of services from our partner AT&T, to local businesses. The Entry Level AT&T Crew Member will learn the entire sales process from the inside out, with your contributions directly impacting the company's growth. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member: Conduct customer outreach to introduce our services and secure initial interest in our AT&T product line. Be responsible for delivering value-based pitches and closing new sales for telecom services in a designated territory. Initiate and nurture professional relationships with key contacts and stakeholders within local businesses. Work consistently to meet and exceed daily activity and weekly revenue targets set by the management team. Accurately manage and report on the progression of leads and opportunities within the sales pipeline. Develop deep expertise in all AT&T offerings and effectively articulate their technical features into clear customer benefits. Handle post-sale administrative duties efficiently, ensuring all sales orders are processed correctly and on time. What We Look for in an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, allowing you to build trust quickly with new customers. Highly coachable with a willingness to absorb feedback, adapt your approach, and master new sales techniques. Presents a neat, professional image and carries themselves with confidence in customer settings. A high-energy, positive outlook that is contagious to both clients and team members. Demonstrates honesty and ethical behavior in all business dealings and client interactions. Can start training and working in the Worcester area promptly.
