What You'll Do as an AT&T Crew Member Meet with local business owners face-to-face to identify where AT&T's connectivity and communication solutions can make a real difference. Represent AT&T Business with professionalism and a customer-first approach that builds trust from the first conversation. Dig into each client's goals and challenges to recommend the AT&T Business solutions that deliver the strongest value. Break down services in plain language — how reliable connectivity supports daily operations, productivity, and growth. Follow up consistently, keeping leads warm through every stage of the sales cycle. Grow existing accounts by spotting new needs and expansion opportunities. What We're Looking For in an AT&T Crew Member: Reliability — you follow through on what you say you'll do. Adaptability — every client and business is different, and you adjust with them. A professional presence that reflects well on the AT&T brand. A positive, resilient attitude. Prior sales or account management experience — a plus, but not required. We'll train you.
