The AT&T Account Representative role is a direct position where you’ll work directly with homeowners and residents in assigned residential communities. You’ll spend your day meeting with customers, learning about their current services, and helping them find wireless and home internet options that fit their needs. As an AT&T Account Representative, you’ll introduce customers to AT&T wireless plans, internet services, devices, sales promotions, and account upgrades. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your communication skills, and gain valuable experience in sales while helping customers understand their options and enroll in services that make sense for them. Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Representative Meet with homeowners and residents throughout assigned residential territories. Engage customers in professional, face-to-face conversations about their current wireless and home internet services. Ask questions to understand customers’ service providers, internet usage, device needs, coverage, concerns, and monthly expenses. Introduce AT&T wireless plans, fiber internet options, devices, promotions, upgrades, and account solutions. Recommend products and services based on each customer’s needs, eligibility, household requirements, and budget. Clearly explain pricing, product features, service benefits, and promotional details. Help customers compare their current services with available AT&T options. Answer customer questions and address concerns with patience, professionalism, and a helpful attitude. Build positive customer relationships through attentive communication and personalized service. Maintain accurate customer information and follow established enrollment and account procedures. Qualifications for an AT&T Account Representative Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with customers and build genuine rapport. Confidence speaking with customers and explaining products and services. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Dependable attendance and a professional attitude. Good time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new sales skills. Prior AT&T Account Representative experience is a plus. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
