We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable. ” JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js , Node.js , and Java . - Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js. - Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services. - Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) . - Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL and DynamoDB . - Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. - Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and coding standards. - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong technical capabilities are encouraged to apply). - Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software engineering principles, and design patterns. - Familiarity with cloud-native application development ( AWS ) and modern web technologies. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Technical Skills: Frontend - React.js - JavaScript (ES6+) - HTML5 - CSS3 - Responsive Web Design Backend - Node.js - Java - Spring Boot (preferred) - RESTful APIs - Express.js (preferred) Cloud & DevOps - Amazon Web Services (AWS) - AWS Lambda - API Gateway - S3 - IAM - CloudWatch - Serverless Architecture - Git - CI/CD Pipelines Database - MySQL - DynamoDB - SQL fundamentals - Database design and optimization AI-Assisted Development Experience using AI-enabled software development tools such as: - GitHub Copilot - Cursor AI - Amazon Q - Kiro - ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants Expected to leverage AI tools for: - Code generation - Unit test creation - Debugging and troubleshooting - Code refactoring - Documentation generation - Improving developer productivity while maintaining code quality and security standards REQUIREMENTS: Associate, Fullstack Engineer
