# Associate/SA, Business Analyst Project Management, Regional Consumer Banking Wealth Management Ops, Group COO **DBS Bank** · East Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Accountabilities: - System & Process Delivery: Work closely with Business Units and IT partners on business requirement gathering, solution/functional reviews, and end-to-end delivery and testing. - Digital Transformation: Implement and support digital customer journeys to improve customer and employee experience. - Process Re-engineering: Collaborate with regional, country, and functional teams to design, re-engineer, and implement optimized operational solutions. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operational rollout of new solutions and provide robust post-production support, tracking issues to closure - Key Responsibilities : - Process Analysis: Re-engineer end-to-end processes and review operations solutions to identify efficiency gains. - Automation: Lead and implement the automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations. - Requirements Management: Conduct requirement gathering workshops; review and document requirement artifacts, functional specifications, and process definition documents. - Testing Coordination: Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed strictly within the project schedule. - Issue Management: Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them through to final closure. Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong alignment with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Requirements: - Min Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder with 3-4 years of experience in business process improvement initiatives. - Strong project life cycle experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations – Secured Lending & Payments Product Knowledge Bonus Skills: Prior experience with Functional Specification Documents (FSD), JIRA, and GenAI applications is considered a strong plus. - Core Competencies:§ Communication: - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong teamwork andinter-relationship capabilities. - Domain Knowledge: Sound knowledge of banking processes and technology. - Personal Attributes: Adaptable, disciplined, focused, organized, and systematic. Technical Skills: Proven analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Location: DBS Asia Hub Job: Operations Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
