Job Duties & Responsibilities: Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans and Employment Law - Workday and Alchemy Manager Training experience a plus! - Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct interviews and give tours of facility - Strong presentation skills Requirements: - Bilingual English/Spanish - Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point). - Ability to administer HR processes, policy, and procedures - Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) - 1+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or staffing agency Working Conditions: General business office environment with open work areas.
