You may work closely with your immediate head to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other Departments for support. - Handles IT projects specialized in Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Information Security and Endpoint Solutions, Network and Gateway Security, and Software Solutions and Development. - Manages projects from Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing, in line with the PMI standards. - Manages the implementation of large-scale and high-complexity projects. - Monitors project progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed. - Leads the project team. Plans and schedules project resources efficiently. - Manages and controls the project expenses to meet the allocated budget for each project. - Ensures stakeholder satisfaction and maintains contact with customers for feedback. - Provides project status reports to ensure alignment with the company standards and adherence to budgets and set deadlines. Weekly reporting to the PMO Manager is required. - Maintains project records, including meeting minutes, activity reports, and project documents. - Maintains (with regular training and updates as necessary) the knowledge, technical skills, and qualifications that are necessary to perform the job role. Qualifications: - Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience handling end-to-end IT projects - Experience working in the IT industry - Strong project coordination and communication skills - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Why should you apply?
