Our purpose is to: - Empower institutions to guide their beneficiaries toward meaningful employment opportunities through AI-driven solutions - Demonstrate to the world that a global AI-powered B2B SaaS enterprise can be successfully built from Southeast Asia About the Role: As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise SaaS product. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, designers, and cross-functional leaders to drive product development from ideation to launch. Your contributions will directly impact our global strategy, helping to solve critical pain points in the higher education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation, providing input to design documents and coordinating technical deliverables. - Create technical documentation, implement project change requests, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. - Act as a liaison with external clients for requirement gathering and alignment. - Conduct market and user research to identify trends and opportunities. - Analyze user feedback to refine product features. - Collaborate with CTO and COO to develop product strategies, define requirements, and maintain documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - Min. 3 years of proven experience in business analysis or product management. - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. - Great English communication skill.
