Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives etc. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders. Manage recruitment databases and candidate pipelines Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Maintain recruitment reports and MIS. Education: Any Graduate , MBA/ PGDM/ MMS in HR preferred. Experience: 1- 4 Years of experience in technical (Non-IT) recruitment. Should be good in English and MS Excel. Location: Goregaon- East About Jolly Clamps: Jolly Clamps Pvt.
