Associate HR Manager
Key Responsibilities Labor Law & Regulatory Compliance Submit statutory reports and government-mandated documents accurately and on time. Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations. Recruitment & Onboarding Management Fill approved manpower requisitions within agreed turnaround time (TAT). Maintain and update applicant tracking system and candidate database. Ensure complete onboarding requirements prior to employee start date. Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination Validate and finalize attendance, overtime, and leave records prior to payroll cut-off. Resolve timekeeping discrepancies within prescribed timeline. Compensation & Benefits Administration Process salary adjustments, benefit enrollments, and deductions accurately. Prepare documentation required for internal/external audits. Team Supervision & Performance Management Conduct performance check-ins and provide coaching to C&B staff. Monitor team deliverables against departmental KPIs Policy Development & Process Improvement Develop, review, and revise HR policies, SOPs. and Handbook Recommend HR process improvements HRIS Administration & Data Integrity Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HRIS. Manage user access and system updates. Management Reporting and Special Projects Submit HR dashboards and complete assigned HR projects Employee Support & HR Services Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and timekeeping. Facilitate employee concern resolution related to compensation and attendance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, with 4–5 years of relevant HR experience and at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role . Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Hands-on experience in recruitment, timekeeping, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office/Excel, HR reporting, and data analysis, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to coach staff and manage multiple HR priorities.
