Associate Director, Specialized Lending

• Support the front office in the implementation of transactions across a range of products, including complex products required to meet client needs.
• Provide relevant information, expertise, and product knowledge.
• Initiate, support, and monitor the quality of client portfolios.
• Engage and collaborate with product experts when additional specialist knowledge or expertise is required.
• Identify, manage, and assess relevant risks to Rabobank in connection with client portfolios and transactions.
• Support the appropriate and efficient allocation of capital by ensuring that risks are properly assessed and reflected.
