This position is ideal for mid-level professionals to join the Asia Pacific Clinical Education team as a Clinical Education Associate Manager, APAC. Partnering closely with regional and local teams, key opinion leaders (KOLs), speakers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll serve as regional clinical education expert to deliver and continuously improve impactful clinical education initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role is vital in leading the planning and execution of clinical education initiatives, managing the development of educational assets, tools and digital platform, generating and analysing education effectiveness in driving clinical excellence, product adoption and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop and implement education strategies to acquire, onboard and grow potential customers by building clinical competencies and confidence to drive product adoption Design, structure and deliver education initiatives aligned with customer journeys and business strategies Partner with commercial team to support product launches through education, including development of key strategic programs, education events, assets, tools and materials Leverage technology and innovative approaches to continuously enhance the effectiveness, scalability and impact of clinical education across APAC Design and provide internal trainings to elevate organization capabilities, deepen clinical expertise and strengthen product knowledge Manage the execution of other projects as assigned Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Education: A bachelor's or higher degree in life science, or business with healthcare experience. Dentistry (DDS or equivalent) is highly desirable. Experience: At least 6+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in structuring education programs/courses and delivering training, managing speakers and project management. Having experience working in the dentistry is an advantage. Proven capabilities and experience in planning and executing clinical education within healthcare environments. Sound business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to align clinical education initiatives with business objectives and execute them effectively to achieve measurable outcomes. Strong implementation and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize, organize, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and collaboration in a matrix, multicultural environments. A fast learner, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English.
