Run the closing table. Grow with our Massachusetts team. We’re expanding and looking for an experienced, client-focused Associate Attorney. In this role, you’ll review and resolve title issues, negotiate purchase and sale agreements, and represent clients at the closing table. You’ll also play a key role in developing client relationships and growing our business across Massachusetts. What You'll Do Handle Title & Legal Work - Review and address title issues, applying strong knowledge of title examination procedures and title insurance. - Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions and title insurance policies. - Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients. - Provide legal guidance and support to clients and colleagues on title issues. Run the Closing Table - Conduct closing transactions and provide representation at the closing table. - Act as escrow agent for real estate transactions. Build & Strengthen Relationships - Develop relationships with current clients. - Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Promote our products and services in a way that addresses client objectives. Drive Business Growth - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. - Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and trends affecting title services and real estate transactions. What You Bring - Juris Doctor degree and member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar - Strong knowledge of title examination procedures and title insurance - A current client base and/or a strong desire to build one with guidance from senior management - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner - A commitment to delivering outstanding service and representing Simple Title with integrity and professionalism About Simple Title Closing & Escrow Simple Title Closing & Escrow (“Simple Title”) is one of the fastest-growing title and escrow companies in New England, now operating across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Florida.
