This individual shall build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. We are looking for lawyers with the ability, responsibility and confidence to also handle litigation from answer, through discovery, trial prep and trial. AVAILABLE TO WORK IMMEDIATELY, OTHERWISE DO NOT APPLY. Responsibilities - Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys - Conduct legal research - Maintain client relationships - Prepare legal reports and documents Qualifications - Juris Doctor degree; - Proficient writing and oral skills in English and Spanish are required; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must; - Strong legal knowledge; - 8 -10 years of experience as an Attorney. Preferably in the areas of commercial litigation, trademarks, distribution, antitrust, employment and/or contractual disputes; - Detail-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment; - Notary Public in the Commonwealth of PR; - Advanced computer skills are a must. Must be adept in Word, Excel, Outlook, Tabs3, and other case management platforms. Bar Admissions - Notarial Practice Bar; - Local Bar Admission; - Federal Bar Admission.
