The role involves preparing and reviewing immigration filings, communicating with clients, and representing clients at selected immigration court hearings. Experience in U.S. immigration law or the immigration services industry is preferred. We also welcome newly admitted attorneys who demonstrate strong legal writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and revise immigration forms, petitions, applications, declarations, and supporting evidence. - Draft legal correspondence, motions, briefs, and other case-related documents. - Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedural requirements. - Communicate with clients to gather information, explain case requirements, and prepare for hearings. - Represent clients at selected immigration court hearings, remotely or in person, as required. - Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case preparation staff to manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files. - Identify legal and factual issues and help develop appropriate case strategies. Required Qualifications - Active admission to a U.S. state bar or the District of Columbia Bar, in good standing. - Eligibility to practice before the relevant agencies and courts for assigned matters. - Strong English legal writing, research, and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. - Commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and responsive client service. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in U.S. immigration law or an immigration-related legal services setting. - Familiarity with USCIS filings, asylum matters, removal defense, family-based immigration, or employment-based immigration. - Experience preparing immigration court filings or appearing at immigration hearings. - Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, but not required. 职位类型：全职, 佣金制 薪资： $49.40至$55.10（每小时 ） Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irvine, CA 92614
