Experience with pleadings, motion and deposition practice, and case negotiation are very desirable. This position is ideal for a motivated litigator who wants to do and learn more With a reasonable caseload. One-on-one mentorship for someone with 2-4 years of experience In a relaxed atmosphere doing serious work with client contact.
