This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced trial counsel, take an active role in litigation matters, and develop the skills necessary to become a confident and effective courtroom advocate.You will participate in cases from inception through trial, including settlement negotiations, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial preparation and presentation. You will also contribute to developing case strategies, litigation theories, and legally sound arguments. We offer comprehensive training, excellent mentorship, and meaningful opportunities to strengthen your courtroom and trial advocacy skills. QUALIFICATIONS - 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation. - Licensed to practice law in California - Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. - Courtroom experience and a genuine interest in developing trial advocacy skills. - Ability to craft and present persuasive, legally sound arguments. - Ability to manage a fast-moving caseload with an excellent team while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
