Experienced Family Law Associate Attorney Hira & Strlovski, LLC | Parsippany & Sparta, New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$150,000+ annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses Full-Time | Hybrid Work Opportunities Hira & Strlovski, LLC, a growing and expanding New Jersey family law firm with offices in Parsippany and Sparta , is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated attorney with at least 3–5 years of matrimonial and family law experience who is capable of independently managing a caseload while working collaboratively with our attorneys and support staff. Responsibilities - Independently manage matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution. - Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment matters. - Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, briefs, and settlement agreements. - Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials. - Conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and develop litigation strategies. - Maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with the firm's attorneys and support staff. Qualifications - Active admission to the New Jersey Bar. - Minimum of 3–5 years of matrimonial and family law experience. - Strong litigation, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. - Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - A professional, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
