Job Role: Assistant Vice President – Off-Plan Real Estate

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Vice President to lead Regional Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants and drive business growth in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large sales teams
• Drive personal and team sales performance
• Set and achieve business and revenue targets
• Develop hiring, training, and sales strategies
• Build relationships with developers, clients, and key partners
• Drive business growth and market expansion
• Maintain a high-performance sales culture

Requirements:

• Proven UAE/Dubai off-plan real estate leadership experience is mandatory
• Strong experience managing large sales teams
• Proven sales and revenue track record
• Excellent business development and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Established network with developers and industry professionals
