Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer to provide professional, research, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, investment, market, and business research .
• Identify and research potential clients, investors, business partners, and new opportunities .
• Prepare prospect lists, reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity.
• Assist with schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Handle business-related errands and outside-office tasks when required.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field .
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills .
• Good understanding of finance, investments, and business .
• Tech-savvy and proficient in AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools .
• Proactive, reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A quick learner with a strong “figure-it-out” mindset , who can effectively handle both analytical and practical tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
