Role Description: Work on automotive system and software development with focus on requirements, system understanding, technical coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Own assigned topics, communicate clearly with clients/stakeholders, and support timely technical closure. Job Location: Bangalore, India. Experience: 0 Year to 2 Years Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze, clarify, review, document, and decompose system, software, and customer requirements. Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, interfaces, and support requirements traceability through testing. Understand automotive system architecture and hardware–embedded software interaction. Interact with customers/clients to understand requirements, resolve technical queries, and participate in technical reviews/meetings. Coordinate with hardware, software, testing, and other cross-functional teams to drive issues and deliverables to closure. Analyze functional behavior using specifications, technical documentation, models, and test information. Support automation and AI-assisted engineering activities across requirements, testing, development, and documentation. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation/Automotive/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or related field. 0–2 years of experience in automotive, embedded systems, or related engineering. Good understanding of automotive embedded systems, ECU-based development, and basic hardware/software concepts. Basic knowledge of Embedded C/C++, automotive communication protocols (CAN/CAN FD), and software development concepts. Python knowledge for scripting, automation, data handling, and engineering workflows. Understanding of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted engineering; ability to identify practical AI use cases. Strong customer interaction, communication, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good To Have: MATLAB/Simulink, Model-Based Development, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, Polarion/DOORS, ISO 26262 / Functional Safety, and ECU debugging tools. Hands-on exposure to AI-based automation, requirement analysis, test automation, model development, or engineering workflows. Preferred Candidate Profile: Logical thinker who can break down technical problems, ask the right questions, and communicate requirements clearly. Curious, proactive, client-focused, and willing to learn across automotive engineering, software, and AI-based tools.
