We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager · Position : Assistant Sales Manager · Head Office Location : 105 Calamba St. Sta. Mesa Heights, Brgy. Lourdes., Quezon City 1114 · Schedule : Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) · Work Setting : Office and Field Work Job Description Supervise, guide, and monitor sales staff. Implement sales policies, procedures, and processes. Monitor sales KPIs, targets, and team performance. Assist in managing customer accounts and sales activities. Coordinate sales concerns with other departments. Assist in coaching and developing sales personnel. Prepare sales and performance reports. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field. At least 3 years of relevant sales experience , preferably with supervisory experience. Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
