Assist in achieving sales and operational targets while ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, inventory procedures, cash controls, and cost-management objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supervise, coach, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of productivity, service, and performance. Track daily sales, guest satisfaction, product quality, and overall restaurant performance. Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions. Assist with manpower planning, staff scheduling, workstation assignments, attendance monitoring, and team deployment. Ensure proper execution of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Monitor inventory, deliveries, stock movement, product usage, and waste levels to support effective cost control. Oversee POS operations, cash handling, sales documentation, and end-of-shift reconciliation. Contribute to the achievement of sales goals, operational KPIs, labor productivity, and cost-efficiency targets. Conduct regular store checks to ensure compliance with company policies and standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Coordinate with management and support departments regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies, and other operational requirements. Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and required documentation within established deadlines. Assume responsibility for store operations and team supervision in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Encourage a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team environment focused on customer satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement.
