Assistant Quantity Surveyor (2027 intake)(J19353)

Responsibilities: Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and cash-flow monitoring. Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project life cycle. Assist in the administration of main contracts and subcontracts. Handle valuations, variations, claims, procurement and cost reports. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements: Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines. Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
