We treat our team like family, offer room for growth, invest in your training and offer generous benefits to include. paid time off, 401(k) with a company match, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision Insurance Responsibilities Oversee all Rebuild Opportunities following Mitigation/Mold/Fire Restoration Services Accurately scope jobs to include sketches and all necessary work to bring property back to pre-loss condition Assist clients with potential Capital Improvement projects Oversee Construction Crews to ensure the highest quality restoration Work with Property Managers and Building Maintenance to ensure all guidelines are followed Ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget Run multiple projects at once Qualifications Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. 2+ years of experience running large projects Clean background check and ability to access Military Bases and Installations On-Call Rotation required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
