Strong site execution experience is mandatory. Design-only and project coordination profiles are not suitable. Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred. Strong candidates from Industrial Projects may also be considered. Mandatory experience in Project Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Subcontractor Handling . Experience in PMC/Consultant Coordination and Client Interaction . Knowledge of project quality standards, health & safety regulations, and technical documentation. Knowledge of Project Pace will be an added advantage. Advanced Excel skills are not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee HVAC/MEP project execution at site. Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Handle project budgeting, vendor management, and subcontractor activities. Monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and project execution standards. Identify irregularities and implement appropriate corrective actions. Improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
