Duties - Assist project manager and clients in making material selections and sourcing samples for clients to approve. - Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and updating the short term schedule as needed. - Manage office documentation including filing, data entry, and maintaining project records with precision and attention to detail. - Support client communication by providing timely updates and addressing inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette - Assist project manager in sourcing and procuring materials as needed. - Willing to learn and use Bluebeam takeoff software for material quantities. - Assist project manager in creating change orders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus. - Prior experience in construction is a big plus.
