Assistant Project Manager
3-5 Years of Experience. The ideal candidate has direct experience with various facets of construction project management including but not limited to: assisting in managing and coordinating all construction operations throughout a major commercial interiors construction project, collaborating with architects, engineers, property owners, tenants, contractors, and vendors. The APM will work directly with a Senior Project Manager reviewing and managing project budgets, schedules, negotiating contracts and recommending them for approval, and overseeing all construction performance, quality, and progress to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery of the project.
