# Assistant Project Manager **ARIHANT SUPERSTRUCTURE LIMITED** · Karjat, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day project execution and site operations . - Supervise and coordinate RCC, structural, finishing, architectural, and civil works . - Monitor project progress against approved schedules and execution plans. - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams . - Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements . - Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards. - Monitor manpower, material availability, productivity, and site progress . - Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site level. - Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project specifications. - Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of assigned activities. - Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports . - Coordinate with the Project Manager and senior management regarding project status and critical site issues. - Ensure proper execution of work while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements . - Support project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies. - Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on pending construction activities.
