# Assistant Project Manager **Antel Holdings Inc.** · General Trias · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Technical Coordination & Design Management Review Blueprints: Analyze Site Development and Building Plans (Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS) drawings to identify design conflicts, if any, before construction begins. Manage RFIs: Issue and track Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify uncertainties with architects and engineers. Value Engineering: Propose cost-effective construction methods and material alternatives without compromising building safety or local structural codes. Planning, Scheduling & Progress Monitoring Develop Master Schedules: Collaborate with the Construction/Project Manager to create the construction schedule and milestone charts. Track Milestones: Oversee critical timeline paths specific to medium-rise projects, from foundation to close-out and turn-over. Lead Coordination Meetings: Direct weekly site progress meetings with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to align construction schedules. Submit weekly progress report to Construction/Project Manager Site Supervision & Quality Control (QA/QC) Enforce QA/QC Policies: Formulate and enforce strict quality checklists to prevent defects or costly rework. Procurement and & Cost Management. Track Variation Orders: Assess and process site changes or variations, documenting cost and time implications. Safety & Compliance Enforce Safety Protocols: Establish and Oversee Workplace Safety and Health practices and zero-tolerance accident policy. Maintain Legal Compliance: Ensure all site execution strictly aligns with municipal building codes, environmental guidelines, and zoning regulations. Mentorship & Administration Guide Junior Engineers (if any): Mentor junior site engineers, field inspectors, and construction interns on technical execution and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be a Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE). With at least 5 years’ experience as Project Engineer in vertical (preferably in Medium Rise Building) and horizontal construction projects. Knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, and site operations. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Customer-service oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
