Assistant production supervisor
Job Summary: Assistant Production Supervisor We are looking for an Assistant Production Supervisor with experience in the Printing & Packaging industry to assist the Production Manager in managing daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of jobs. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Production Manager in overseeing all printing and packaging activities. Conduct quality control checks, and minimizing production rejections. Coordinate between the Sales team and the Production team to align production schedules with client requirements. Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. and ensure timely completion of jobs. Supervise and manage a production team of 50+ employees . Required Skills & Knowledge: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry. Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operational skills. Experience in production planning, quality control, and strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing.
