This role involves coordinating product strategies, assisting in market analysis, and ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing product strategies for POCT solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to support product launches. Monitor product performance and prepare reports for management. Provide support in training and product presentations to internal teams and clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. Strong understanding of Point-of-Care Testing technologies, instruments, reagents, and consumables. Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and competitive advantages of POCT devices. Ability to support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product training for internal teams and customers. Working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes. Prior exposure to clinical diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), or medical device companies is preferred. Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demos and customer trainings, is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
