Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) - 5 days workweek!
Our esteemed client in the Medical Aesthetic industry is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) Location: Central Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Support daily outlet operations and ensure service, housekeeping and operational standards are maintained. Coordinate staff rostering, leave administration and operational assessments. Manage inventory, stock ordering and record accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors on operational matters, promotions and projects. Oversee facilities, equipment and IT-related matters, including maintenance and repairs. Ensure licenses, permits and compliance requirements are properly maintained. Support audits, prepare operational reports and follow up on outstanding issues. Assist with adhoc projects and duties assigned by management. Job Requirements: At least Diploma in Business, Operations Management or a related field. Minimum 3 years of related working experience in operations, outlet management or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational systems.
