Significant working experience in a managerial role in a hotel is required for this position. Must be fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines. Working knowledge of MS Office Applications. Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset. Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset. Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must be willing to be assigned to any of the hotels under our group. Can do daily reports and monthly reports Has good leadership skills Maintains a good, clean healthy environment for its staff and specially customers Has fresh new ideas for the hotel and restaurants to gain more attractions. Has fresh new ideas to boost sales and boost morale Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Tagaytay, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Hotel management: 4 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
