Title: Assistant Operations Manager Company: Superior Fence & Rail of Chicago Employment Status: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of the business Assist with team leadership and scheduling Coordinate daily operational activities and projects Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors Help resolve customer issues and concerns Coordinate and oversee warranty repairs Maintain high standards of customer service and quality Monitor job progress and production performance Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company expectations Work closely with management and field teams to identify and resolve operational issues Assist management in achieving company goals and improving overall operational performance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem solver who can effectively communicate with customers, employees, subcontractors, and management. The successful candidate should be organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
