We are looking for a dynamic manager to help us continue to handle more orders and customer communication in our operation. This role is for a creative thinker who has a desire to work with a team of capable administrative staff and technical craftsmen. This position requires administrative and technical competencies and an open mind to continuous improvement. Day shift only facility. This role would be from 6:15am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Requirements 5+ Years supervising in a manufacturing environment 2+ Years of customer service/direct customer interaction experiences Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with different personalities and resolve conflict Excellent attendance Must be able to learn new management software Strong computer skills High school diploma/GED Preferred Experience in machining and fabrication environment Knowledge of 5S/lean Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
