The role is responsible for ensuring that both brands consistently meet their sales, staffing, service quality, productivity, customer experience, and operational compliance targets. The Assistant Operations Manager serves as the Operations Manager’s second-in-command and is expected to take ownership of daily operational concerns, monitor branch and team performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure that company policies and service standards are consistently followed. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires regular coordination with different branches, staffhouses, therapists, receptionists, and support departments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales, manpower, service quality, and daily operations Supervise and support Branch Heads, Supervisors, and Staffhouse Heads Ensure branches and teams meet company standards and targets Handle operational concerns, client complaints, and corrective action plans Conduct regular branch and staffhouse visits Prepare and analyze operational reports Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Accounting, and Marketing Skills and Competencies Strong people-management and leadership skills Operational planning and problem-solving Manpower scheduling and deployment Service quality management Customer complaint handling and service recovery Sales and performance monitoring Cost and inventory awareness Data analysis and report preparation Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and operational tracking systems Ability to manage multiple branches, staffhouses, and operational priorities Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent concerns High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism Willingness to conduct regular branch and staffhouse visits Flexibility to respond to urgent operational concerns outside regular office hours when necessary Qualifications: At least 3–5 years of operations experience Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in the spa, massage, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry is highly preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills Experience in multi-branch or service-based operations is an advantage Willing to travel between branches and staffhouses Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. This position will handle both Khozy Lounge’s branch operations and MassageMNL’s home-service operations.
