About the Roles Join our client as an Assistant Operations Manager (Outlets) , supporting daily operations across aesthetic clinic outlets located in Novena and Orchard. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm) , offering a competitive basic salary with variable bonus . You will play a key role in maintaining outlet standards, coordinating operations and driving smooth business activities across multiple locations. What You’ll Be Doing Support the daily operations of multiple outlets by ensuring compliance with company procedures, policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct outlet inspections to maintain service quality, staff standards, cleanliness and overall outlet conditions. Manage inventory processes, including stock monitoring, demand planning, purchase coordination and record accuracy. Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Accounts and Logistics to support promotions, product launches, treatments and operational initiatives. Arrange equipment servicing, maintenance works and repairs by liaising with vendors and contractors. Manage staff schedules, leave planning and employee knowledge assessments to support operational efficiency. Track and maintain outlet licences, permits and certifications to ensure timely renewals and compliance. Assist with internal audits and quality checks by following up on findings and ensuring corrective actions are completed. Coordinate IT support matters, including troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and procurement of hardware and software. Oversee outlet facilities matters such as air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV systems and other operational equipment. Prepare and maintain operational reports, records and documentation for management review. Identify operational issues proactively and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them effectively. Handle other operational duties and projects assigned by management. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, outlet management or a similar role. Strong organisational, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work with internal teams and external vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with operational or business management systems. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
