Key Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and FM activities. Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, clients, and subcontractors. Monitor manpower schedules, attendance, and work assignments. Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of jobs. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation. Handle client enquiries and coordinate with the concerned departments. Monitor materials, equipment, and other operational requirements. Assist in resolving operational issues and client complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or facility management. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. UAE driving license is an advantage. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
