Assistant Operation Manager
Assistant Operations Manager Supports the Management in driving the day-to-day administration of reinsurance operations, including treaty and facultative administration, claims oversight, and operational service-level compliance. Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Monitor daily reinsurance processing workflows (policies, premium collections, and claims processing) to maintain service delivery standards. Treaty & Facultative Administration: Assist in recording, tracking, and executing reinsurance agreements, ensuring data integrity across internal systems. Cross-Department Coordination: Work directly with underwriting, claims, and accounting teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and data discrepancies. Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps in policy administration and recommend automated or streamlined workflows. Team Supervision: Directly supervise the team, delegate workloads, and track performance metrics. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in reinsurance or commercial insurance operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Solid understanding of reinsurance structures (proportional/non-proportional treaties and facultative placements).
