Role Description The Assistant Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This role supports daily operational activities across production, packaging, inventory, and store coordination to ensure smooth workflow and consistent product quality. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, assisting with scheduling and staffing, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The Assistant Operation Manager helps implement operational procedures, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with management to improve efficiency and customer experience. The role involves close interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and that the brand’s standards are maintained in all areas of operation.

Qualifications

• Operational support skills, including experience in daily store or production management, workflow coordination, and process implementation.
• Inventory and supply chain skills, such as stock monitoring, ordering, and basic vendor coordination.
• Quality and compliance awareness, with the ability to support food safety, hygiene, and product consistency standards.
• Basic administrative and reporting skills, including data entry, use of office software, and preparation of operational reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
• Ability to work on-site full time in ajman, United Arab Emirates, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food production, or a similar operations role is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
