This position offers a great opportunity to learn the business side of television advertising, including commercial air-time negotiation. Candidate must be a quick learner, detail oriented with strong organization skills, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a team- based setting. Role Description - Support assigned buyers’ needs as it pertains to ordering, confirming orders and schedule changes - Maintain media schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records - Reconcile any discrepancies in media orders or schedules Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and highly organized - Experience with media buying a plus Additional Details - Full-time hybrid position in NYC with Tuesday-Wednesday in office and Monday, Thursday, Friday remote.
