Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent aligned with evolving business requirements and headcount targets Design and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies and workforce plans to drive organizational growth Build, expand, and optimize innovative talent channels and strategic networks to support high-growth hiring demands Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire) and analyze talent metrics alongside market trends to guide executive decision-making Partner in key annual HR cycles, including performance management, succession planning, compensation reviews, and headcount budgeting Drive employer branding programs and strategic talent acquisition projects to strengthen market positioning and candidate engagement About you Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Hong Kong Strong leadership capabilities, sharp critical thinking, and decisive problem-solving skills to manage complex talent acquisition challenges Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese Industry: Real Estate / Property Management Job Category / Function: Human Resources (HR / Personnel) Job Position Level: Middle Employment Term: Full Time Min.
