ASSISTANT MANAGER - SPA & HEALTH CLUB

Are you passionate about wellness and hospitality? We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Assistant Spa & Health Club Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our Spa and Health Club, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service and an unforgettable wellness experience. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to lead the team, maintain high standards, and drive innovation in treatments and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Spa and Health Club.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming, serene environment.
• Support in the development and implementation of new treatments, products, and wellness experiences.
• Manage inventory and supplies to meet operational needs.
• Lead team briefings, assist with training, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle daily administrative functions and handles operational reporting.
• Monitor appointment bookings to optimize utilization.
• Support the front desk team during peak hours and promote spa services.
• Ensure compliance with grooming standards and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa offerings, hotel services, and airport facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management (1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for customer service and wellness
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
