Assistant Manager/Sales Associate
Assistant Store Manager – Vape Vibes Vape Vibes is looking for a reliable, motivated, and outgoing Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the store, provides excellent customer service, stays on top of inventory, and helps make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on position — you’ll be selling alongside the team while also helping manage the store. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer Help lead and support employees during shifts Handle opening and closing responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and keep accurate inventory counts Receive, check, and organize incoming inventory Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products and communicate what needs to be ordered Make sure new inventory is entered correctly and properly displayed Keep shelves and displays fully stocked, clean, and organized Help prevent inventory loss, theft, and discrepancies Perform regular inventory counts and help investigate discrepancies Learn our products, flavors, promotions, and new arrivals Recommend products and confidently make sales Ensure employees follow store procedures and age-verification policies Help train new employees and maintain strong customer-service standards Handle customer issues professionally when management is not present Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store What We’re Looking For: Previous retail, sales, or management experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing inventory and taking responsibility for accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Outgoing, friendly, and confident with customers Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Able to lead by example and hold employees accountable Able to work independently and solve problems Sales-driven and motivated to help grow the store Must meet all legal age requirements for employment in this environment Compensation: Competitive hourly pay Commission on sales Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement The ideal candidate is someone who treats the store like it’s their own.
