Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and talent databases.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding handoff .
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation and candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding .
• Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate .
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable labour laws, internal policies and equal opportunity guidelines.
