Client Management: Act as the point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring quality candidate shortlisting. Process Oversight: Monitor end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and interviewing to offer rollouts and onboarding. Performance Tracking: Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, submission-to-interview ratios) and report team progress to senior management. Business Development Support: Help pitch to prospective clients and map market trends to expand the firm's client portfolio.
