# Assistant Manager - Projects ELV **SAFE PVT LTD** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role J Job Description – Project Manager (Water Leak Detection Systems – Data Centre Projects) Position: Project Manager – Water Leak Detection Systems Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Department: Projects Industry: ELV / Building Automation / Critical Infrastructure / Data Centres Reporting To: Operations Head / Project Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of Water Leak Detection System (WLDS) projects for Data Centre facilities. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, compliance management, quality assurance, budgeting, and successful project handover while ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Water Leak Detection Systems used in mission-critical environments and have prior experience managing projects within Data Centres, IT Parks, Critical Infrastructure, or similar facilities. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Manage complete project lifecycle from project kick-off to final handover. Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly status reports. Conduct site inspections and progress review meetings. Technical Management Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of: Water Leak Detection Systems (Cable-based & Spot Detectors) Monitoring Panels BMS Integration DCIM Integration Network Monitoring Interfaces Ensure system performance meets design and client requirements. Data Centre Compliance Management Ensure project execution aligns with Data Centre operational requirements. Coordinate implementation in live and mission-critical environments. Manage MOPs (Method of Procedure), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures). Ensure compliance with client-specific Data Centre standards and security protocols. Quality Assurance & Documentation Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and review: Shop Drawings As-Built Drawings Method Statements Risk Assessments Inspection Test Plans (ITP) Material Submittals Testing & Commissioning Reports Maintain complete project documentation for audits and handovers. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Ensure strict adherence to site safety requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor implementation of Permit-to-Work systems. Ensure compliance with: OSHA Safety Standards Client Safety Policies Local Statutory Regulations Identify and mitigate project risks. Vendor & Resource Management Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor manpower deployment and productivity. Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries. Resolve technical and operational issues proactively. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Attend client meetings and provide progress updates. Manage project escalations and ensure timely resolution. Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution. Commercial & Financial Control Monitor project budgets and costs. Track project milestones and billing schedules. Review vendor invoices and project expenditures. Identify variation orders and change management opportunities. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. PMP Certification preferred.
